CLS Mortgage, Inc. started serving the Pacific Northwest in 1974 doing business as Consumer Loan Service.   The name changed to CLS Mortgage Inc., in 1986.  Our goal is to deliver innovative and timely products, with integrity and consistent superior customer service.

 Please feel confident in your choice knowing that CLS’s home office has been at the same Spokane Valley address since 1980 and our Kennewick, Washington office was founded in 1993. Our highly skilled staff has in excess of two centuries of combined lending experience.  We pride ourselves in our ability to navigate the sometimes difficult loan process with practiced skill, speed, and agility.
